Release

The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the "releasing party"), acknowledges that Arkansas Waterfowl Association for the purpose of engaging in leisure activities, such as hunting or fishing, and in consideration of such allowance by Arkansas Waterfowl Association, I do herby release and discharge and by these presents do for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and forever discharge, Arkansas Waterfowl Association, and its agents, servants, employees, successors, assigns, insurers and re-insurers, and any and all corporations related there to, all those in privy with them or any of them whether designated specifically by name or not (all of the aforementioned hereinafter referred to as the "released parties"), from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, claims, demands, damages, cost of any amount claimed by me, or any of us, whatsoever kind or nature for or because if any matter or thing done, omitted or suffered to be done by the said parties herein after released, and particularly on account of all injuries to person (including death) or property resulting, or to result in the future, from any and all occurrences while I was a visitor on property owned or leased by Arkansas Waterfowl Association including, but not limited to, all complaints arising out of my entry onto said property.

As further consideration of the allowance to me by Arkansas Waterfowl Association for the entry on property owned or leased by Arkansas Waterfowl Association, the releasing party, agrees to indemnify and save harmless Arkansas Waterfowl Association and the remainder of the released parties of and from all further claims, demands, cost, attorney's fees, expenses or judgment which might be incurred by the released party or against them or any of them as a result of any and all injuries or damages (including death) arising out of any and all occurrences or incidents while I was a visitor on the property owned or leased by Arkansas Waterfowl Association.

I understand that no representation as to liability and no agreement or promise has been made to Arkansas Waterfowl Association, its agents, servants, employees, or any one in or on its behalf to induce this agreement, I further agree that I have taken into consideration the fact that serious or unexpected consequences might result in the future and I, therefore, specifically agree that this release shall be a complete bar to all suits or claims of whatsoever nature with the terms hereof being contractual and not a mere recital.
